Welcome to Red Squirrel Tours! Before embarking on your adventure with us, please take a moment to review our booking terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

1. Coach Etiquette:

Non-Smoking Environment: Our coaches are designated as non-smoking areas to maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere. Smoking is strictly prohibited while on board.
No Animals Allowed: To accommodate the needs and preferences of all travelers, we do not permit animals on our coaches. Please make suitable arrangements for your beloved pets prior to your trip.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. Liability:

Our liability for any claims related to your tour will not exceed the total amount paid for the tour.

4. Cancellation Due to Circumstances:

In the event of tour cancellation due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen breakdowns, Red Squirrel Tours will not be held responsible for any resulting losses.

5. Tour Minimums:

If we cancel a tour due to insufficient attendance (less than 25 passengers), a full refund will be issued.

6. Pricing and Discounts:

Please note that there are no reductions for children or senior citizens.
Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, day trip cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for another available date.

8. Seat Allocation:

Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Boarding Time:

Passengers are required to board no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

10. Ticket Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to check and confirm the details on your ticket.

11. Lost Items:

Items left on the coach will be held for one month before being disposed of.

12. Safety:

Passengers must remain seated and wear seatbelts at all times while the coach is in motion.

13. Special Requirements:

Please inform us at the time of booking if you require accommodations for wheelchairs, pushchairs, or electric scooters.

14. Price Adjustments:

Red Squirrel Tours reserves the right to amend prices.

15. Potential Delays:

Please be aware that event timings are approximate, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss due to unforeseen operational challenges beyond our control, such as roadwork-related delays or adverse weather conditions. Rest assured, we strive to ensure a smooth journey.

16. Price Variability:

Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. The specific inclusions for each tour are detailed on their respective pages.

17. Accompanied Minors:

Minors under the age of eighteen must be accompanied by an adult during the tour.

18. Exclusions:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not cover local taxes, surcharges, or additional fees. They also do not include gratuities for guides, drivers, or tour managers, as well as expenses related to food, beverages, and transportation to/from stations.

19. Booking Acknowledgment:

By booking or utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all our terms and conditions. A fixed payment is required to secure your services, and this amount is non-refundable. Please note that all deposits are also non-refundable.

20. Minimum Group Size:

Red Squirrel Tours operates as a group tour escort, and our tour packages are priced based on a minimum group size. If a departure falls below the required minimum number of passengers up to one day before the scheduled departure date, Red Squirrel Tours reserves the right to potentially cancel that particular departure.

21. Unforeseen Circumstances:

Red Squirrel Tours cannot be held responsible for unexpected situations beyond its control that may arise during tour packages, whether directly or indirectly affecting elements such as hotels, coaches, or other facilities.

22. Compliance Responsibility:

Red Squirrel Tours assumes no liability for passengers who fail to comply with the specified terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from your contract are subject to English law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

23. Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a tour, please note that it incurs costs. Charges for cancellations are as follows:

Prior to 42 days before departure = Deposit only

28 – 42 days before departure = 45% of holiday cost

14 – 27 days before departure = 60% of holiday cost

0 – 14 days before departure = 100% of holiday cost
